Unless leadership is highly motivated, our services are not for designed for small companies.
Our services aren't effective for companies who haven't yet built a customer base, solo-entrepreneurs, or leaders who don't yet have a vision.
We also haven't created our services for huge billion dollar companies.
Ideally, we're working with mid-sized companies who want to build equity & profit while they scale--maximizing their efficiency and profit. We aim to give these size businesses the information large companies have...earlier in the process, but without the inflated price tag.
You'll get a timeline when we put together your contract. You'll be able to schedule & block out, in advance, any 1:1 time we may need with you or your team.
Once under contract, we'll ask you to connect us with a "contact person" in your organization who can respond to any questions we may have within 2 business days so we can keep the project moving along on schedule.
—Other than that? Expect to invest about ~1.5 hours of your time to brain dump with us + a 1 hour kick-off call ... and that's it. We'll handle the rest.

Eh, we've been persuaded in the past. You can try us (bribe us with puppies & healthy food). ;) But we must start with one of our base services–that way, we've put in the research learning what you're about, thus retainer work is more cost-effective.
The closest thing we have to a retainer is that we do offer On Demand CTO Services, which have a set amount of our time each month build into your organization to answer questions and work on projects, but if they aren't used, it doesn't always reduce the amount of your cost like you might see in a traditional retainer situation.
